Damage/Security Deposit:
A damage deposit is due at the time of reservation.  The deposit is $500 for one or two day rentals.  The deposit is $1,000 for 3 or more day rentals.  If there is any damage to the boat, Valcour Boat Rentals will deduct the cost of damage from your deposit and refund the remainder.  If the cost of damage exceeds your deposit than YOU are responsible for paying the additional costs to Valcour Boat Rentals.  Please allow 14 days for refunds to process.


Cancelations:  
Renter must cancel a minimum of 14 Days before their rental date, or they are subject to losing their deposit.  Valcour Boat Rentals reserves the right to cancel rentals due to dangerous wind, weather, or lake conditions.  Cancellations made by the company will result in the full refund of the customer's deposit OR a rescheduled date (if available).  Customers may call to reschedule their date if there are open dates available.  If you are concerned about the weather, please monitor in advance and call with plenty of notice.  Rentals are RAIN OR SHINE.

Renter Documents:
Each customer is required to sign and agree to our rental agreements.  Please review them thoroughly before your rental.  Document links are provided below.
