Damage/Security Deposit: A damage deposit is due at the time of reservation.  The deposit is $500 for one or two day rentals.  The deposit is $1,000 for 3 or more day rentals.  If there is any damage to the boat, Valcour Boat Rentals will deduct the cost of damage from your deposit and refund the remainder.  If the cost of damage exceeds your deposit than YOU are responsible for paying the additional costs to Valcour Boat Rentals.  Please allow 14 days for refunds to process.

Rental Agreement & Insurance: We do NOT carry insurance for damage caused by renters.  You are accepting FULL financial responsibility for the boat during your rental.  Renter is also responsible for $1,000 deductible paid to Valcour Boat Rentals, LLC if the company needs to make an insurance claim for damage of $5,000 or greater caused by renter.  Please check with your homeowner policy if you are covered for rental watercraft damage.

Cancellations:  Renter must cancel a minimum of 14 Days before their rental date, or they are subject to losing their deposit.  Valcour Boat Rentals reserves the right to cancel rentals due to dangerous wind, weather, or lake conditions.  Cancellations made by the company will result in the full refund of the customer's deposit OR a rescheduled date (if available)

Renter Documents: Each customer is required to sign and agree to our rental agreements.  Please review them thoroughly before your rental.  Document links are provided below.
