A damage/security deposit of $500 is required at time of reservation.  Rentals for 3 days or more will require a $1,000 deposit.  Deposit will be refunded once the boat is returned without damage.  Please allow one to two weeks for refund to process.

Cancellations: Customers MUST cancel within 14 days of their rental date in order to receive a refunded deposit.

Cancellations Due to Weather: Valcour Boat Rentals may cancel rentals due to excess wind, storms, or dangerous conditions.  Customers will receive a full refunded deposit OR a rescheduled date if there is one available.

Departure times for boat rentals are 9:00am, 9:30am, and 10:00am.  

Boats must return to dock by 5:00pm and must return with a full tank of gas at the renters expense. A gas pump is located within Snug Harbor marina.
